At Gold Gold Gold, each piece is crafted in solid precious materials and prepared with care before it leaves our studio. Below you’ll find details about how we process and ship orders.
Order Processing
Many of our pieces are made to order.
In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order pieces typically ship within 15-30 business days.
Custom or special orders may require additional production time.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on demand and material availability.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We use Shopify’s real-time carrier calculations to determine shipping costs at checkout.
Shipping rates are based on:

Destination
Carrier rates
Selected delivery speed
You will see all available shipping options and exact costs before completing your purchase.
We do not mark up shipping rates.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other insured carriers depending on value and destination.

Securely packaged
Signature confirmation may be required for high-value shipments.

International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries.
International customers are responsible for:

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control. However, we will assist in filing claims or tracking investigations if needed.
If your package appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Shipping Insurance
All high-value orders are shipped with insurance coverage equal to the purchase value. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned due to failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for:
