Returns & Refunds
Domestic (USA) Orders:
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your jewelry, return it for a full refund.
All returns must be authorized by GOLD GOLD GOLD. Please contact us to request a return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@goldx3.com.
Items must be returned in their original packaging or a similar, secure box or mailer.
14k Gold items: We provide a prepaid shipping label.
Sterling Silver items: A $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
For safe shipping, use the original packaging or a secure bubble mailer/box (e.g., 7x5x3). Do not use paper envelopes, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

International Orders:
Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs.
Returns must be within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method.
We may deny refunds if returned items do not meet policy requirements.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges or store credit. Please return your item for a refund and then place a new order.

Resizing:
Complete our resizing form and return your jewelry in its original packaging.
14k Gold: Free resizing within 30 days; customer pays shipping.
Sterling Silver: Resizing fee applies; customer pays shipping.
Rings: $30
Chains, Necklaces, Bracelets: $25
GOLD GOLD GOLD does not provide any resizing / repair services for any products other than those created by our studio. Please do not send any heirloom / personal jewelry items to us.
