Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

All of our gold pieces are repaired free of charge.

If your piece experiences a manufacturing defect or structural issue, we will repair it at no cost. This includes:

  • Structural repairs due to craftsmanship defects
  • Soldering issues
  • Loose settings caused by production faults
  • Clasp or closure defects

Our warranty reflects our commitment to enduring quality.


What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, or surface marks
  • Damage caused by improper use
  • Alterations or repairs performed by third parties
  • Lost items 



Stones & Pearls

Natural gemstones and pearls are unique and may vary slightly in color, tone, or surface since this is part of their character.

While we ensure all stones are securely set before shipment, damage caused by impact, pressure, is not covered under warranty.


How to Request a Repair

If your piece requires attention:

  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos of the piece
  4. Briefly describe the issue

Our team will assess your request and guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our studio.
  • We cover return shipping for approved warranty repairs.
  • For non-warranty repairs, we will provide a quote before proceeding.

With proper care, your piece will develop a beautiful, lived-in character over time.
